Your fun-filled 30 minute photo session at the Niles studio will consist of beautiful color, traditional portraiture amongst multiple scenes. Props may be added, based on the children's ages. For up to 5 individuals. Please inquire about larger groups.

Choosing the minimum would allow you to decide after seeing your watermarked images to upgrade your purchase and receive all of them. Or there will be no delay in downloading, or watermarks if you choose all the images. If you like to print your images or give personalized gifts, consider the upgraded package with the FOREVER cloud account, which allows you to manage your session photos, make photo cards, gifts & albums! Plus you are free to use any personal photos to your account.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: 30 minute sessions typically consist of approximately 20-25 minutes in front of the lens. This allows time for posing, direction & payment (if needed).
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Due to the nature of the one-day mini session, deposits are non-refundable. Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make it. If we are unable to schedule on 2 weekend dates photographer has available, you may choose from my regular sessions and pricing, or your deposit will be forfeited.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5-10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. The Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Additionally, the Photographer is not responsible for Client's pets. If the Client chooses to bring a pet/s for the photo shoot, the Client or a family member is responsible for handling the animal during the shoot and posing the animal if possible. Please bring someone to stay with the animal after their time in the studio.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of LA Images Photography; however, shared copyright for printing and sharing online has been agreed upon, only if Client agrees to give proper photo credits and tags on social media.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
AUTHORIZATION: Client authorizes Photographer to use their photograph, likeness or image for display, publication, promotional, advertising or any other purposes, without limitation as to time or quantity.
