Holiday Mini - Nov. 1st 4:20-4:40 Saturday

Your fun-filled 20 minute photo session at Pioneer Trails Tree Farm in Poland, will consist of traditional portraiture by the log cabin, rows of pine trees and a large red couch... plus various signage, santa hats, fake snow and more! For single families. Please inquire about larger groups.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: 20 minute sessions typically consist of approximately 15+ minutes in front of the lens.
WEATHER: Rescheduling usually only happens for extreme weather. You will receive a text on session day if the photographer decides it is necessary. Photographer and Client will reschedule to another weekend date, the earliest possible, with no additional charge. If so, Oct. 26th clients will squeeze into Nov.1st. Nov.1st moved to Nov 9th, which will be at the Niles studio.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Due to the nature of the one-day mini session, the minimum package price is non-refundable. Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make it. Alternatively if you would like to reschedule on a date not mentioned above, you may choose from my regular sessions and pricing and reschedule by the end of March 2026, or your deposit will forfeited.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5-10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. The Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Additionally, the Photographer is not responsible for Client's pets. If the Client chooses to bring a pet/s for the photo shoot, the Client or a family member is responsible for handling the animal during the shoot and posing the animal if possible.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of LA Images Photography; however, shared copyright for printing and sharing online has been agreed upon. Client agrees not to alter the image (except for cropping) & give proper photo credits and tags on social media.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
AUTHORIZATION: Client authorizes Photographer to use their photograph, likeness or image for display, publication, promotional, advertising or any other purposes, without limitation as to time or quantity.
