Your 20-minute mini session at Mill Creek Flower Gardens is designed to celebrate your child’s First Communion and capture this beautiful, special time in their life. You’re welcome to include rosaries and even your family! For groups of more than 5 people, please add $15 per additional person.

You’ll choose 4 of your favorite images that will be edited & retouched within a week.

A few days before your session, you’ll receive a text message -at the cell phone number provided when booking- with the exact location where we will meet inside the gardens.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

RESERVING YOUR TIME SLOT
Mini-session appointments are reserved exclusively for you and are limited to a specific date and time. Because these sessions are scheduled back-to-back, the $160 session fee is non-refundable, except as outlined below.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Providing 24 hours' notice does not guarantee a refund or credit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I will make every effort to fill your original time slot with another client. If your original slot is successfully filled, your $160 session fee may be transferred as a credit toward a regular LA Images portrait session, subject to regular session pricing, to be scheduled by August 30, 2027.

If your original mini-session slot cannot be filled, your $160 session fee will be forfeited. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the $160 session fee.

If LA Images Photography must cancel the mini-session event, you will be offered the option to transfer your session fee to another available session or receive a full refund.

RAIN DATE POLICY
Because your session takes place outdoors, weather may occasionally require us to reschedule. LA Images Photography will make the final decision regarding weather conditions and will notify you as late as the day before your scheduled session if a rain date is necessary.

The rain date will be the following Saturday at the same scheduled time. If the session is moved to the rain date, your original appointment time will remain reserved for you.

Please keep both your original session date and the rain date available when booking.

ARRIVAL & COOPERATION
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Due to the short shooting window, sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. LA Images Photography is not responsible for missed images or lost shooting time resulting from a client's late arrival, failure to appear, or lack of cooperation by the client or key individuals participating in the session.

COPYRIGHT
All photographs are copyrighted and remain the property of LA Images Photography. Client is granted permission to print, reproduce, and share purchased images for personal use.

CLIENT USAGE
Images are provided for personal use only. Client may print and share purchased images but may not sell the images, use them for commercial purposes, or authorize reproduction or commercial use by another party without written permission from LA Images Photography.

MODEL RELEASE / AUTHORIZATION
Client authorizes LA Images Photography to use photographs of the client and participating individuals for portfolio display, website, social media, publication, advertising, and other promotional purposes, without limitation as to time or quantity.
